Caregiver & Staff Training
Specialized workshops and one-on-one sessions designed to empower caregivers and academic staff with actionable behavior management strategies.
School Support
Consultation for administrators, teachers, and support staff; including outside evaluation of programmatic effectiveness and IEP development.
RBT Supervision
Structured, BCBA-led supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians, available locally on the North Fork and Hamptons and via secure telehealth.
ABA Program Development & Oversight
Building each client's individualized treatment plan — assessing needs (FBA/skills assessment), setting measurable goals, and designing evidence-based procedures and materials for RBTs or Parents to implement.
